At Herfort, we understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible.
Cancellation Before Shipping
- If you need to cancel an order before it ships, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
- We will make every effort to cancel the order and provide a full refund.
- Please note that we may not be able to cancel an order if it has already been processed for shipping.
Cancellation After Shipping
- If you need to cancel an order after it has shipped, please contact our customer service team and follow our return policy.
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Once we receive the returned item(s), we will provide a refund minus any applicable restocking fees.
Cancellation Fees
- We do not charge cancellation fees for orders cancelled before shipping.
- For orders cancelled after shipping, a restocking fee of 25/- may apply.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days] of cancellation.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
Exceptions
- Custom or special orders may not be eligible for cancellation.
- Items that are damaged or altered by the customer may not be eligible for cancellation.
